Do my customers need an app?
No. The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which is already on the phone. No download, no sign-up, no email address needed.
What do I need in the shop?
Only a small QR stand that you design in your account and print yourself. Stamping works with the phone or tablet your team already carries, so there is no extra device, no app to install and no till integration. The stamp scanner runs in the browser.
Can I decide the number of stamps, the reward and the look?
Yes. Number of stamps, reward, welcome bonus, logo, colours and a photo of your shop are set during setup and can be changed later.
What data is stored?
By default only the stamp count, no phone number and no payment data. If you switch it on, your guest can add a name and an email address when the card is created, both entirely up to them: the name then appears on the card, and the address is used for one thing only, restoring the card on a new phone. Without those details the card works exactly the same. Messages only reach customers who agreed when the card was created and who can withdraw that at any time. The data sits on servers in Germany.
How do I send messages to my regulars?
From your account on your phone, with no extra software. The message appears on the cards of the customers who agreed to it.
How long does setup take, and what happens if I cancel?
You set yourself up in about ten minutes. In a video call with us, plan for about 15 minutes. The contract can be cancelled monthly.
